1985年5月,作者对本地区接受氯丙嗪治疗的现住院精神病患者68例,进行眼部检查,发现12例白内障患者,现报告如下: 资料:12例中男9例,女3例,年龄34～62岁。住院时间1～18年,主要应用氯丙嗪治疗,间断兼用三氟拉嗪,奋乃近等药物,其中2例各接受一次电休克、胰岛素治疗。日用量范围200～1200mg,一般为600mg,年累积量22000～230000mg。对所有患者进行了病史调查。眼部除一般检查外,并用10%新福林散瞳,在裂隙灯下观察晶状体的改变,在继续服药情况下,三个月后再
