论述了基于小波分析的煤矿主通风机故障诊断系统的软、硬件设计。在硬件设计方面,对系统的硬件选型、振动传感器、气动传感器的安装点和安装方式做了介绍;在软件方面,提出了将故障诊断系统与现有风机监控系统相整合的概念,并给出了整合的方法。该系统实现了在各参数监控的同时,当风机的振动超限,可以对故障信号作分析并给出诊断结果,界面友好,操作方便,对煤矿的安全生产具有重要意义。
The hardware and software design of fault diagnosis system of main ventilator in coal mine based on wavelet analysis is discussed. In terms of hardware design, the hardware selection of the system, the installation of vibration sensors, pneumatic sensors and installation methods are introduced. In terms of software, the concept of integrating the fault diagnosis system with the existing fan monitoring system is proposed. Out of the integration method. The system realizes the monitoring of each parameter, and when the vibration of the fan exceeds the limit, the fault signal can be analyzed and the diagnosis result can be given. The interface is friendly and the operation is convenient, which is of great significance to the safe production of the coal mine.
