从全世界范围来看,欧盟是最早采用绿色贸易壁垒的地区,也是设置绿色壁垒最多的国家集团。近年来,欧盟不断通过立法设立了一系列的绿色贸易壁垒,使我国出口到欧盟的相关产品都受到了严格的环保标准的限制,这对我国出口贸易的增长产生了较大的影响。本文阐述了欧盟发布的一系列环保绿色指令和法规,分析了REACH法规对我国的影响,同时对我国应对欧盟REACH法规的法律对策进行研究。
From the perspective of the world, the EU is the first to adopt green trade barriers in the region, but also set up the largest group of green barriers to the country. In recent years, the EU has continuously adopted a series of legislation to establish a series of green trade barriers, so that our products exported to the EU are subject to strict environmental standards, which have a greater impact on the growth of China’s export trade. This article describes a series of green directives and regulations promulgated by the EU and analyzes the impact of REACH on our country. At the same time, it studies the legal countermeasures that our country should deal with the EU REACH regulation.
