我科于1985年起使用日制町田ENT—30PⅡ型鼻咽喉纤维内窥镜,经200例患者的临床应用,深感其简便多用,值得推广,现将粗浅体会介绍如下。临床资料:本N200例,1985～1987年门诊患者,男多于女,年龄6～78岁,检查的病例计有:鼻出血25例,鼻息肉8例,鼻、鼻窦炎症23例,鼻、鼻窦肿瘤12例,鼻腔异物3例;鼻咽部肿瘤16例,鼻咽炎10例;喉息肉15例,声带小结8例,喉部炎症20例,喉部肿瘤15例,声带麻痹6例,环杓关节炎2例,喉结核3例;其它28例;正常6例。

Clinical data: The N200 cases, 1985-1987 outpatients, more men than women, aged 6 to 78 years old, check the cases were counted: nose bleed in 25 cases, nasal polyps in 8 cases, 23 cases of nasal and sinus inflammation, nasal, 12 cases of sinus tumor, 3 cases of nasal foreign body, 16 cases of nasopharyngeal tumor, 10 cases of nasopharyngitis, 15 cases of laryngeal polyps, 8 cases of vocal nodules, 20 cases of laryngeal inflammation, 15 cases of laryngeal tumor, 6 cases of vocal cord paralysis, 2 cases of dipper arthritis, 3 cases of laryngeal tuberculosis; the other 28 cases; 6 cases of normal.
