在EU-QLID-IS软件上模拟了双环减速器中内齿板在传动过程中的啮合情况,并对内齿板的受力状况进行了分析研究,建立了13种工况下的内齿板的有限元分析计算模型。利用NASTRAN软件求出各模型的应力及变形分布变化规律,找出最危险的工况,对内齿环板的强度状况进行了研究,为提高双环减速器整机性能设计提供了有力的依据。
