应用系统工程的理论和方法,将热源、热网、热用户做为一个整体,使其技术和经济指标最佳。为此提出了兼有区域热水锅炉房的核供热系统优化数学模型,文中将所述模型归纳为一个有产量约束、多地点、多设备、不同原料、同一产品的工厂选址及其中设备的最优配置问题。在保证供热系统最优的前提下,建立了核供热站投资临界值的判断标准,给出了核供热站投资临界值及所对应有机燃料价格临界值的定义和求解方法。
Application of systems engineering theory and methods, the heat source, heat network, heat users as a whole, to make the best technical and economic indicators. To this end, an optimization mathematical model of nuclear heating system with both regional hot water boiler rooms is proposed. The model is summarized as a plant site with production constraints, multiple sites, multiple facilities, different raw materials and the same product, The optimal configuration problem. Under the premise of guaranteeing the optimal heating system, the criterion of investment critical value of nuclear heating plant was established, and the definition and solution method of critical value of nuclear heating plant investment and corresponding organic fuel price were given.
