为了解船厂工业地坪的实际力学性能与使用状态,采用场地试验研究方法,对目前造船基地中常用的三类地坪:沥青混凝土地坪、联锁块地坪、钢筋混凝土地坪开展静力加载试验研究,分析地坪结构层及地基在荷载作用下的应力、应变和沉降变形等规律。研究结果表明,沥青混凝土地坪整体刚度小,面层应力扩散能力差,荷载作用下地基的沉降变形破坏类似冲切变形破坏;联锁块地坪本身具有一定的刚度,但在加载后期变形仍明显;钢筋混凝土地坪的整体刚度最优,面层的应力扩散能力强,地坪面层的受力状态比较接近于板式构件的受力状态。在此基础上综合分析了地坪各层附加压应力及地坪层扩散角的变化趋势。
In order to understand the actual mechanics performance and the using state of the industrial floor of the shipyard, this paper adopts the field test and research method to carry out static force on the three kinds of floors commonly used in shipbuilding base at present: asphalt concrete floor, interlocking floor, reinforced concrete floor Loading test and study the law of stress, strain and settlement of floor structure layer and foundation under load. The results show that the overall stiffness of asphalt concrete floor is small and the stress diffusion ability of the surface layer is poor. The deformation and failure of the foundation settlement under loading are similar to the punching deformation and failure. The interlocking block floor itself has a certain rigidity, Obviously, the overall stiffness of reinforced concrete floor is the best, and the stress diffusion ability of the surface layer is strong. The stress state of the floor surface layer is relatively close to the stress state of the plate component. On this basis, the trend of additional compressive stress and diffusion angle of floor layer are comprehensively analyzed.
