1 总体情况 新建卫生部办公楼及人民医院教科楼工程位于北京市西城区西直门立交桥西南侧,东临西二环路,南面为西南门外南路,与人民医院北门相对。城市规划土地红线东西长112米,南北长100米,工程总用地面积为1.12公顷,东侧红线24米内为规定绿化带。 卫生部办公楼初步设计批复总建筑面积24100平方米,总投资14200万元。竣工决算后,总建筑面积为25171平方米,总投资为15291万元。 人民医院教科楼初步设计批复总建筑面积19869平方米,总投资9545万元。竣工决算后,总建筑面积为20346平方米,总投资为10870万元。
1 General Situation The newly built Ministry of Health Office Building and People’s Hospital Teaching Building project is located in the southwest side of Xizhimen overpass in Xicheng District of Beijing. It is adjacent to West Second Ring Road in the east and southwest of the south gate in the south. It is opposite to the north gate of People’s Hospital. The urban planning red line east-west length of 112 meters, 100 meters long from north to south, the total project area of 1.12 hectares, the eastern red line within 24 meters for the provisions of the green belt. Ministry of Health office building initial design approved a total construction area of 24,100 square meters, a total investment of 142 million yuan. After the final accounts, the total construction area of 25171 square meters, with a total investment of 152.91 million yuan. Initial design approval of People’s Hospital of Science Building total construction area of 19,869 square meters, with a total investment of 95,450,000 yuan. After the final accounts, the total construction area of 20,346 square meters, with a total investment of 108.7 million yuan.
