目的通过发挥学生主体作用的大学生健康俱乐部的模式提升大学生健康素养,以达到增强青少年体质、促进青少年健康成长的目的。方法通过查阅文献,设计问卷,对大学生的健康保健意识、保健知识、生活方式等连续进行3年问卷调查。2012—2013年由学生志愿者组成大学生健康保健俱乐部,校卫生所负责提供技术指导,运行2年后观察效果。结果健康保健俱乐部运行2年,学生在保健意识、急救、传染病预防知识和生活方式方面均有改善,简单急救、常见传染病预防知识知晓率,以及上网熬夜、不吃早餐、运动时间等行为方面有所改善,差异均有统计学意义。结论大学生健康保健俱乐部运行效果良好,但运行模式仍需要进一步探索。
Aim To improve the health literacy of undergraduates through the model of college health club, which plays the main role of students, in order to enhance the physique of adolescents and promote the healthy growth of adolescents. Methods By consulting the literature and designing the questionnaire, the students’ health awareness, health knowledge and life style were continuously surveyed for 3 years. 2012-2013 The University Health Club is composed of student volunteers. The school’s health office is responsible for providing technical guidance and observing the results after 2 years of operation. Results The health club was run for 2 years. Students improved health awareness, first aid, prevention of infectious diseases and lifestyle, simple first aid, awareness of common infectious disease prevention knowledge, and stayed up late at night, did not eat breakfast, exercise time, etc. The aspects have been improved, the differences are statistically significant. Conclusion The health club for college students works well, but the operation mode still needs to be further explored.
