本文用放射免疫法测定甲状腺肿大的桥本氏甲状腺炎病人和激素合成障碍性甲状腺肿病人血清TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4和TSH,并进行摄131碘试验以及过氯酸钾释放试验,结果显示:该类病人甲状腺合成甲状腺激素功能降低,高水平TSH刺激甲状腺腺泡细胞增生,导致甲状腺肿大,而且摄131碘功能增加。该类病人131碘过氯酸钾释放试验呈阳性,表明甲状腺腺泡细胞过氧化物酶活性降低或缺陷。测定血清TGAb和TMAb对于鉴别诊断具有重要意义
In this paper, the serum TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 and TSH were measured by radioimmunoassay in goiter patients with goiter and hormone-synthesizing disorder goiter. The iodine test and the release of potassium perchlorate were performed. The results showed that: Such patients thyroid synthesis of thyroid hormone function decreased, high levels of TSH stimulate thyroid acinar cell hyperplasia, resulting in goiter, and 131 iodine function increased. The 131 iodine-potassium perchlorate release test was positive in this group of patients, indicating reduced or defective thyroid acinar cell peroxidase activity. Determination of serum TGAb and TMAb for the differential diagnosis is of great significance
