高坝洲水电站总装机25.2万 kW,概算总投资30.76亿元。工程建设于1993年开始筹备,1996年10月截流,主体工程开工后第3年首台机组发电。该工程由国家和湖北省合资兴建,中国华中电力集团公司代表国家,出资50%,湖北省清江水电投资公司代表湖北省,出资50%。截止1997年5月,工程建设累计完成投资5.82亿元,其中完成土石方开挖196万 m~3,占设计总量的70%,完成混凝土浇筑17万 m~3,占设计总量的17.7%。由于各参建单位的通力合作,坚持改革,加强管理,工程进展顺利,投资得到较好控制。
The total installed capacity of Damuzhou Hydropower Station is 252,000 kW, with a total estimated investment of 3.076 billion yuan. Construction began in preparation in 1993, closure in October 1996, the main project started the first three years after the unit generating. The project is jointly funded by the state and Hubei Province. China Huazhong Power Group Corporation represents 50% of the total investment. Hubei Province Qingjiang Hydropower Investment Company represents 50% of the total investment in Hubei Province. As of May 1997, a total investment of 582 million yuan was completed in the construction of the project, of which 1.96 million m 3 were completed for excavation of earth and stone, accounting for 70% of the total design volume and 170,000 m 3 for concrete construction, accounting for 17.7% . Due to the concerted efforts of various construction units, adhere to the reform and strengthen management, the project progressed smoothly, the investment has been better controlled.
