为发挥我国热带、南亚热带的优势,发展优良速生珍贵用材树种,云南省林业区划中拟建珍贵速生丰产林基地。该基地范围自思茅县城南13Km起,沿昆洛公路两侧长21km、宽12km,包括思茅县的倚象区龙龙乡、南屏区曼昔坝乡、南岛河乡和大开河乡共13片,总面积78588亩。根据对基地的调查材料,对其土壤条件和地力评级探讨如下:
In order to give full play to the advantages of tropical and subtropical China and develop precious and quick-growing rare timber species, Yunnan Province forestry zoning intends to establish a precious fast-growing and high-yield forest base. The base ranges from 13Km to the south of Simao County, 21km long and 12km wide on both sides of Kunluo Highway, including Longlong Township in Reliance District of Simao County, Manxiba Township in Nanping District, Nandaohe Township and Dakaihe Township 13, a total area of 78,588 acres.
