中国房地产已经出现泡沫,其状况类似于日本和香港房地产市场泡沫破裂的前夜。当前最大的危险是看不见泡沫的存在。倘若我们不能正视现实,让泡沫任意吹大,其严重后果,历史已经清楚地告诉过我们。
China’s real estate bubble has emerged, the situation is similar to Japan and Hong Kong on the eve of a real estate bubble burst. The biggest danger right now is the invisible bubble. If we can not look squarely at the reality and allow the bubble to blow freely, the history has clearly told us its grave consequences.
