作者通过调查，分析了林业股份合作制产生的社会背景，并指出了林业股份合作制在实施过程中存在的５个主要问题：①对林业股份合作制认识不足；②产权主体不明晰；③利益分配不合理；④民主管理制度不健全；⑤相配套的政策与措施没有完善．文章依据社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求，提出了５点完善林业股份合作制的对策与建议．
Through the investigation, the author analyzes the social background of the forestry joint-stock cooperative system and points out five main problems in the process of the joint-stock cooperative system of forestry: ①the lack of understanding to the forestry joint-stock cooperative system; ② the unclear property right; ③ the interests The distribution is not reasonable; ④ democratic management system is not perfect; ⑤ complementary policies and measures are not perfect. Based on the objective requirements of the socialist market economy, the article put forward 5 countermeasures and suggestions for improving the forestry joint-stock cooperation system.
