2013年西藏林芝地区国民经济和社会发展统计公报显示,西藏林芝地区“年接待国内外游客249万”。通过发展生态旅游业,实现生态旅游业增加值38.6亿元,占地区生产总值的38.8%。这些数字显示林芝旅游业蓬勃发展,在另一方面也隐含了旅游人力资源的需求量之大。但实际情况是旅游人力资源严重不足。为此,文章通过对西藏林芝旅游中职教育发展的诸多问题分析,提出了西藏旅游教育人才培养的改进策略。
The statistics bulletin on national economy and social development in Nyingchi Prefecture in Tibet in 2013 shows that Nyingchi Prefecture in Tibet has “received 2.49 million tourists at home and abroad” every year. Through the development of eco-tourism, the added value of ecotourism is 3.86 billion yuan, accounting for 38.8% of the GDP. These figures show that Nyingchi’s tourism industry is booming and on the other hand implies the huge demand for tourist human resources. However, the actual situation is a serious shortage of tourist human resources. Therefore, through the analysis of many problems in the development of Nyingchi tourism vocational education in Tibet, this article puts forward the improvement tactics of talented personnel training in tourism education in Tibet.
