本文在分析压水堆小破口失水事故中蒸汽发生器回流冷凝传热机理的基础上,针对界面切应力的影响,修正了Nusselt冷凝传热模型,并成功地编制了计算程序,获得了多种工况的传热计算结果.通过与经典的Nusselt数值解的比较,揭示了界面切应力对传热的影响程度。计算同时也证明,冷凝回流是一种很有效的传热方式,它在很小温差下能带走堆芯大量余热。本文为反应堆小破口事故中回流冷凝的模拟提供了理论依据.
Based on the analysis of the heat transfer mechanism of the steam generator under reflux and condensation in the small-breakwater loss accident of PWR, the Nusselt condensation heat transfer model was modified to deal with the influence of interfacial shear stress and the calculation procedure was successfully established. Heat transfer in a variety of operating conditions. Compared with the classical numerical solution of Nusselt, the effect of interfacial shear stress on heat transfer is revealed. The calculation also proves that the condensation reflux is a very effective heat transfer method, which can take away a large amount of residual heat in the core under a small temperature difference. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the simulation of reflux condensation in small-incipient reactor accidents.
