社会治安问题是各级党委、政府和人民群众普遍关注的热点问题。1993年9月中旬至10月上旬,全国人大常委会社会治安综合治理执法检查组连续第二年赴有关省、自治区检查《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于加強社会治安综合治理的决定》的实施情况。本刊将刊出有关报道。
The issue of social order is a hot issue that has been generally noticed by Party committees, governments and people at all levels. For the second consecutive year, from mid-September to early October 1993, the NPC Standing Committee on Social Security Integrated Law Enforcement Inspection went to relevant provinces and autonomous regions to examine the implementation of the “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Strengthening the Comprehensive Management of Public Security” . The magazine will publish the relevant reports.
