本刊讯很多迹象表明,世界金融危机至今阴霾未散,已经进入了一个新的发散阶段。中国经济深受危机影响,暴露出很多问题。如何剖析这些问题?如何找到治理危机的治本之策?为此本刊记者专程采访了中国社科院副院长李扬先生。李扬先生首先表示,从2007年开始的金融危机影响延续至今。我认为危机还没有过去,只是进入了一个新的阶段。我的这种判断主要来自于三个层面:一是发达经济体;二是不包含中国在内的新兴经济体和发展中国家;三是中国。
Many of our indications show that the world financial crisis so far has not yet come loose, has entered a new stage of divergence. The Chinese economy is deeply affected by the crisis and exposed many problems. How to analyze these problems? How to find a cure for the crisis of policy?
