民营经济占东北经济的半壁江山,是全面振兴东北地区老工业基地的重要力量。发展民营经济既是实现“全面振兴”的一个重要任务,又是一个必要条件。我省民营经济起步晚、发展慢,综合实力与经济发达地区有较大差距,这就要求我们快速和高质量发展民营经济,确保老工业基地全面振兴如期实现。
The private economy accounts for half of the northeast economy and is an important force for the comprehensive rejuvenation of the old industrial bases in the northeast. To develop the private economy is not only an important task but also a necessary condition for realizing “an all-round rejuvenation.” The private economy in our province started late, developed slowly, and there was a big gap between the comprehensive strength and the economically developed areas. This requires us to develop the private economy rapidly and with high quality so as to ensure the full revitalization of the old industrial base as scheduled.
