贵州省按照社会主义新农村建设20字方针,广泛开展“四在农家·美丽乡村”创建活动,全省已建成16000多个创建点,覆盖9000多个村,占全省行政村总数的50%,受益群众达1500多万人。贵州省委、省政府决定,从2013年到2017年每年安排不少于300亿元资金,以“富在农家”推动经济发展,以“学在农家”培育新型农民,以“乐在农家”实现文化惠民,以“美在农家”建设美丽乡村,到2020年彻底改变贵州农村
In accordance with the 20-character principle of building a new socialist countryside, Guizhou Province has extensively started activities to create “four farms and beautiful villages”.
