为进一步深化和建立健全农村交通安全宣传长效机制,云南省各级公安交管部门围绕“文明交通行动计划”重点工作,以人为本,拓展交通安全宣传阵地,采取多种形式宣传我国道路交通管理的法律法规和交通安全知识,大力倡导现代文明交通理念,弘扬交通安全文化,引导、教育驾驶人和村民增强文明交通意识、安全意识和法制意识等,从源头治本上预防和减少道路交通事故的发生。
