行动导向教学法是职业教育领域的全新教育方法,其核心是通过课堂教学引导学生提高多方面的能力,从根本上改变了传统教育以知识为中心、以教师为本位的教学模式,形成了以能力为本、以学生为中心的新的教学局面。在对行动导向教学法的内涵进行了简要介绍的基础上,探讨了其在中职数控专业教学中的具体应用及其对教师的要求,并结合教学实践进行了探讨。
Action-oriented pedagogy is a brand new method of education in vocational education. Its core is to guide students to improve their abilities in many aspects through classroom teaching. It fundamentally changes the knowledge-centered and teacher-based teaching mode of traditional education, Ability-oriented, student-centered new teaching situation. Based on a brief introduction of the connotation of action-oriented pedagogy, this paper discusses its application in NC teaching in secondary vocational schools and its requirements for teachers, and discusses the teaching practice.
