小麦梭条花叶病在我省始见于70年代中期,1980年后,扩展蔓延极为迅速,危害日趋严重,成为我省小麦主要病害之一。研究证明,该病病原为一种线状病毒,土壤里残留麦根中的禾谷多粘菌(Polymyxa graminis)是传病介体,秋播后带毒菌的游动孢子侵入麦根感染麦苗,翌年2~3月为发病盛期,当气温升至15℃以上时,症状逐渐隐潜。为探明该病害在我省的危害情况,我们在结合病原、传播途径、发生规律和防治措施研究的同时,对流行因素和产量损失分别进行了调查和测定。
