大豆胞囊线虫病在吉林省西部地区发病普遍,危害严重。1年可发生3—4代,以第1代危害严重。调查研究结果表明,土壤温度偏高,湿度偏低有利于线虫病的发生。在发育适宜温度15—27℃范围内,发育速度与温度成正相关。豆科作物连种土壤胞囊数量逐年增加,与禾谷类作物3—5年轮作可降低土壤残留的胞囊量。不同品种对其抗病性有明显差异。
Soybean cyst nematode disease in the western region of Jilin Province, the prevalence of serious harm. 3-4 years can occur in 1 year, the first generation of serious harm. The survey results show that soil temperature is high, low humidity is conducive to the occurrence of nematode disease. In the developmental temperature range of 15-27 ℃, the growth rate is positively correlated with temperature.
