轻巧、洁白的铝锅、不锈钢锅问世以来,一直受人们的普遍喜欢。我国传统的铁锅因其“黑不溜秋”和笨重而在城市里备受冷落。 然而,近年来人们逐渐发现,铝可使人早衰,不锈钢中的镍、铬、钛等元素也对人体有害。世界卫生组织已向世界推荐使用中国传统的黑铁锅。专家认为,铁锅不仅是良好的炊具,还是维护人体健康的一味“补药”。
Lightweight, white aluminum pan, stainless steel pot has been popular since the advent of people. China’s traditional wok because of its “black not slipped autumn” and bulky in the city and much neglected. However, in recent years, people gradually find that aluminum can make people premature, stainless steel, nickel, chromium, titanium and other elements are also harmful to humans. The World Health Organization has recommended to the world the use of traditional Chinese black iron pan. Experts believe that wok is not only a good cookware, or to maintain human health, blindly “tonic.”
