目的 总结平阳霉素 (PYM )瘤体内注射治疗口腔颌面部各种血管瘤的疗效。方法 收集 1992 .1～2 0 0 2 .1,用PYM注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状、草莓状和混合性等血管瘤 785例 (996个瘤体 )。 7～ 10天注射 1次 ,3～ 5次为一个疗程。结果 经 6个月～ 10年随访 ,治愈和基本治愈率为 85 .73 % ,好转 11.5 9% ,总有效率为97.3 2 %。结论 PYM治疗海绵状、草莓状和混合性血管瘤疗效高 ,疗程短 ,是一种简便、安全的有效方法
Objective To summarize the curative effect of injection of Pingyangmycin (PYM) on various hemangiomas in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods 1992.1-2001.2.1 were injected with PYM to treat 785 cases (996 tumors) of cavernous, strawberrylike and mixed hemangiomas in oral and maxillofacial regions. 7 to 10 days injection 1, 3 to 5 times for a course of treatment. The results of 6 months to 10 years follow-up, cure and basic cure rate was 85.73%, 11.59% improvement, the total effective rate was 97.32%. Conclusions PYM is a simple, safe and effective method to treat sponge, strawberry and mixed hemangiomas with high efficacy and short course of treatment
