创业教育是新体制新形势下不可或缺的大学生就业教育方法,随着国家政策导向和毕业生人口的发展变化,就业形势严峻,创业教育势在必行,尤其是高职院校以实践能力培养为基础,人才培养目标设定以动手能力和实践技能为导向,更适合通过创业教育实现自身发展。通过对高职院校创业教育的现状与必要性研究,以内蒙古5所高职院校的3000名学生对创业教育的问题调查报告结果为依托,分析创业教育在高职教育中的重要性,最终讨论高职院校创业教育培养方法,实现高职院校毕业生就业分流、多重选择、多元化的目标。
Entrepreneurship education is an indispensable method of employment education for undergraduates under the new situation of the new system. With the development of the state policy and the graduates’ population, the employment situation is grim and entrepreneurial education is imperative, especially in vocational colleges Based on training, the goal of training qualified personnel is oriented by hands-on skills and practical skills. It is more suitable for self-development through entrepreneurship education. Through the research on the status quo and necessity of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, based on the results of the survey report of entrepreneurship education in 3000 vocational students in five vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia, the importance of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education is analyzed. In the end, it discusses the ways to cultivate entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, and achieves employment diversification, multiple choices and diversification in higher vocational college graduates.
