二十一世纪的人才培养必须与时代特点紧密联系,高职教育人才的培养具有重要作用,在教学改革的背景下如何培养高职教育人才是值得我们深思的问题。本文主要讲述了高职教育的概况以及教学改革背景下高等职业教育人才培养模式的探究,希望可以以此促进高等职业教育人才的培养。
Talent cultivation in the 21st century must be closely linked with the characteristics of the times. Training talents for higher vocational education plays an important role. It is worth our consideration to cultivate higher vocational education personnel in the context of teaching reform. This article mainly introduces the general situation of higher vocational education and the exploration of higher vocational education personnel training mode under the background of teaching reform. I hope this can promote the cultivation of higher vocational education talents.
