本文作者简要分析了中亚五国对外经济战略的主要侧重点以及制定这一战略的政治经济原因。指出，目前中亚国家对外经济战略的重点还是独联体国家，特别是俄罗斯。同时，中亚国家把发展与西方国家的关系也放在重要地位。在发展与周边国家的关系中，从地缘政治、经济和安全利益出发，中亚国家很注意发展与中国的关系，这给彼此合作提供了机遇。另外，在中亚市场的角逐中，俄罗斯的地位尚无以取代，中国与西方国家相比，西方国家略占优势。我国应采取有效措施，改变与中亚合作的被动局面，争取有利地位。
The author briefly analyzes the main focuses of the five foreign economic strategies of Central Asia and the political and economic reasons for the formulation of this strategy. He pointed out that at present Central Asian countries’ foreign economic strategy still focuses on the CIS countries, especially Russia. In the meantime, the Central Asian countries have also placed their relations with western countries in an important position. In developing relations with neighboring countries, Central Asian countries are paying great attention to developing relations with China from the perspective of geopolitical, economic and security interests, which provides an opportunity for cooperation with each other. In addition, in the competition in the Central Asian market, Russia’s status has not yet been replaced, compared with Western countries in China, the western countries a slight advantage. China should take effective measures to change the passive situation of cooperation with Central Asia and strive for a favorable position.
