将毛巾用水浸湿,把水轻轻挤掉,以不再滴水为宜。然后将干种子平铺在毛巾上,把毛巾卷叠起来,两头用细绳扎好,放入塑料袋内扎好口,将其放在温暖处(25～30℃),即可达到催芽目的。
