本文依据马克思主义唯物论原理 ,对“官本位”意识的含义、表现、产生的根源进行了论述 ,提出中国共产党在当今面对长期执政、改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济三大考验时 ,比任何时期都要重视保持党同人民群众的血肉联系 ,牢固树立执政为民的思想观念 ,并在此基础上提出了破除“官本位”意识的措施。
Based on the Marxist materialism theory, this article elaborates the meaning, expression and origin of the “official-oriented” consciousness. It points out that in the face of the three tests of long-term ruling, reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, At all times, we must attach importance to maintaining the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people and firmly establish the ideological concepts of governing for the people. On this basis, we have put forward measures to eliminate the awareness of “official status.”
