齐鲁化纤集团年产16万吨聚酯项目2月18日在济南建成投产,这将改变韩国聚酯产品在山东及周边地区统领天下的局面,有望使该集团的国内市场份额由3%提升到5%。近日国家外经贸部公布了对从韩国进口聚酯切片和涤纶短纤维反倾销的终裁决定,并决定对这两种产品征收反倾销税。受此消息和市场因素的综合影响,国内聚酯切片的市场价格已从盘旋多年的每吨5900元飙升至每吨9500元。
