随着课改的不断深入,课堂教学模式已由一元化向多元化的方向发展。课堂内师生互动,人文、民主成为课堂教学追求的高级内涵。教师生怕被扣上不民主、不和谐的帽子,于是乎课堂内流于形式的提问和讨论显得太多、太滥。昔时严肃安静的课堂人声鼎沸、热闹非凡:学生想说就说,想动就动;你一言我一语,有打闹的、有说笑的、谁也听不清别人说什么。学生乐于宽松、自主,教师疏于管理、规范。
With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform, the classroom teaching mode has been developed from unification to diversification. Interaction between teachers and students in the classroom, humanities, democracy has become the pursuit of advanced classroom teaching content. Teachers are afraid of being labeled as undemocratic or discordant. As a result, the formal questions and discussions in the classroom seem too much and too excessive. Seriously quiet class was crowded, lively: the students want to say, want to move on; you say a phrase, slapstick, joking, who can not hear what others say. Students are willing to loose, autonomy, teachers neglect management, norms.
