高职教育人才培养活动是直接服务经济社会发展,反顾传统,以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨,以培养高素质技能型人才为己任的教育活动,具有和谐性、伦理性和继承性的特点。现在高职教育人才培养活动已经发生某些偏向,如专业技能至上的价值偏差、非此即彼的二元对立思维倾向和避实就虚的形式主义。对于缺乏历史积淀、有别于普通高等教育的高职教育来说,我们要全面认识高职教育的本质内涵,正确解读高职教育人才培养目标,认真总结高职教育人才培养规律,坚持“以人为本、和谐发展”的原则,不断提高高职教育人才培养活动的效率。
