今年5月以来,按照党中央、国资委、集团公司党组的部署,创先争优活动在石油石化系统党组织中广泛开展起来,企业党建出现了新的气象。现在回过头来再看它的意义作用和目标要求,梳理从实践中取得的经验做法,则有了更深的认识,概括起来就是“着眼长效,重在经常,贵在创新”。这些认识虽然是初步的,但闪烁着实践的光芒,具有很强的扩展力和生命力。
Since May this year, according to the arrangements made by the Party Central Committee, the SASAC and the group and party groups of the CPC Central Committee and the SASAC, the campaign for creating excellence has been widely carried out in the party organizations of the petroleum and petrochemical industry and a new atmosphere has emerged in the party building of enterprises. Now, looking back and looking at its significance and goal, we can get a deeper understanding of the experience gained from practice and sum it up as “focusing on long-term, focusing on regularity and innovation.” Although these understandings are preliminary, they shine with the light of practice and have strong expansive power and vitality.
