哺乳动物精子试验最初仅用于研究家畜和人的不育症,发展至今,已用于检测化学诱发精子生成功能异常、生殖细胞突变和癌变。本文对非人类哺乳动物精子试验作了系统回顾,评价了不同精子试验的性能及相互关系,比较了不同种属对多种化学物的反应性。并且指出,要确定人类精子试验的价值及适应范围,必须进一步发展动物模型,以便了解人类对这类试验的反应性。
Mammalian sperm testing was originally only used to study animal and human infertility and has been used to detect chemical-induced dysfunctional spermatogenesis, germ cell mutations and carcinogenesis. This review systematically reviews the sperm testing of non-human mammals, evaluates the performance and correlation of different sperm assays, and compares the reactivity of different species to multiple chemicals. And pointed out that in order to determine the value and extent of human sperm testing, animal models must be further developed to understand human reactivity to such tests.
