One day in June of this year, I took the initiative to talk to the boss of the company once and put forward a long-suppressed demand: give me a raise. The boss did not feel surprised, but did not stand at the time, told me: wait. I came to Beijing for a year and a half for this foreign trade company. It was originally introduced by classmates at a monthly salary of 1,500 yuan. At that time, I thought: The key is to hold a living in Beijing. When the job is stable, it is surely a chance of a pay rise. Fortunately, the workload is not large, I gradually recognized, but later the company developed rapidly, gradually overtime, and even work on weekends, but the pitiful overtime pay. When I was admitted to an accountant’s qualification, I asked colleagues, they know their salary at least 2,500 yuan or more. I then often politely raise the salary in front of the boss, but the boss is confused.
