用双硫腙法测定化妆品中的铅有铋、钛的干扰,且操作繁琐,消耗试剂较多,接触剧毒.用原子吸收法测定因仪器昂贵影响普及.针对以上不足之处,我们摸索了用微分电位溶出法测定化妆品中的铅,不仅快速、简便、准确可靠、重现性较好,且仪器价格低,易于推广.1 实验部分1.1 仪器及试剂1.1.1 MP—1型溶出分析仪(山东电讯七厂),玻碳电极为工作电极,甘汞电极为参比电极,铂电极为辅助电极.
The dithizone method was used to determine the interference of lead and titanium in cosmetics. It was cumbersome to operate, consumed more reagents, and was highly toxic. The atomic absorption method was used to determine the cost of the instrument because of its high cost.
