茜草双酯——1,4萘二酚,2,3二羧酸二乙酯,是中药茜草的有效成份,茜草酸的合成衍生物。经动物实验证明本药能使小鼠和狗的外周白细胞增加,具有较好的“升白”作用,并能促进小鼠骨髓造血干细胞增殖,对环磷酰胺所引起的白细胞减少症也有一定的防治效果。为了测定该药在体内的血药浓度,研究其与“升白”作用之间的关系,提供临床制定最佳给药方案的参考依据,本文建立了荧光测定方法。一、仪器和药品 1.日立MPF-4型荧光分光光度计。 2.茜草双酯,本院放射医学研究所二室提供,结构式:
