我厂制造的冷轧机卷材输送设备中,有调质轮子250件。该零件要求表面淬硬HRC43~48,淬火层深度不小于15mm,并要求均匀过渡。此工件批量大,要求严,若用常规表面淬火法难以达到硬化层深15mm的要求。我们通过多次试验,采用高温、快速并使工件内部保护的办法,见附图,得到了满意的效果。其深层硬度(HRC)梯度见下表。
I plant cold rolling mill coil conveying equipment, there are 250 quenched wheels. The parts require surface hardening HRC43 ~ 48, hardened layer depth of not less than 15mm, and require uniform transition. The workpiece is large, strict requirements, if the conventional surface hardening method is difficult to achieve the depth of 15mm hardened layer requirements. We have adopted many tests, using high temperature, fast and the workpiece internal protection approach, see the attached drawings, and get satisfactory results. The hardness of the deep (HRC) gradient in the table below.
