一、问题的提出随着科学技术的飞跃发展,计多行业,如造船、海上石油开发等对钢材质显的要求愈来愈高。有人估计,在不远的将来钢中杂质在全世界范围内都要以ppm数计量了。为适应这种形势,近年来国内外钢铁界大力发展铁水炉外处理(或称预处理)新技术。试验证明,它是一项提高钢的质量,改善炼铁、炼钢技术经济指标的有效措施,不仅在技术上是可行的,经济上也是合理的。铁水炉外处理实质上是将炼钢过程脱硫、脱磷任务移到炉外进行,这就大大解放了转炉的生产能力,大幅度减少渣量,减轻废渣的危害,为炼钢生产带来明显的经济效益。
