工作中,常听同学们感慨地说:“为什么我也努力了,成绩并却没有多大起色呢?”当前,许多中学生都存在着学习效率低、学习方法不当的问题。下面,就这方面问题向同学们谈儿点建议,希望对大家有所帮助。一、调整心态,克服浮躁情绪。心浮气躁是学习的大敌。要调整心态,克服浮躁情绪对学习的影响,就要做到以下几点:1.思想上,要消除外界不良因素的干扰。外界的干扰是情绪浮躁的诱因。因此,同学们要通过认识区分,对那些与身心发展无益的事情不想不做,对导致精力分散、学习分心的事情不闻不问,把那些不良因素拒之门外。2。学习上,要制订一个切实可行的计划。而且要不打折扣地执行计划,时间长了,就会养成自觉学习的习惯,继而就会产生学习兴趣。3,每一个渴望进步的同学不仅要具备一颗进取心,还要有一颗平常心。进取心让自己不放弃努力,带着目标追赶。平常心让自己打消一口吃成胖子的速成心理,看重脚下的每一步。只要能够善于调整心态,静下心来,克服浮躁情绪,行动上能持之以恒、坚持不懈,就一定会取得学习上的成功。二、培养良好的学习品质。考试作为衡量学习效果的手段,它考查的是一个人的综合学习能力。学习能力包括思维能力、应变能力、书写速度、字迹清晰程度等 At work, students often said with emotion: “Why do I work hard, but did not score much improvement?” At present, many middle school students have the problem of low learning efficiency and inappropriate learning methods.
