本文对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)免疫家兔后血清特异性抗体进行了动态观察。初次免疫后第四天90%家兔血清即可检出一定水平特异性Ig~M,第7—11天达峰值,于第63天完全消失。初次免疫第7天50%家免血清中出现低滴度特异性Ig~A,第35天达峰值,第147天仍有90%家兔血清存在特异性Ig~A。特异性Ig~G于初次免疫后第7天出现于80%的试验家兔血清中,第28—35天达峰值,至第147天仍全部阳性。再次免疫加强三种血清特异性抗体的反应。
In this paper, the serum specific antibodies of rabbits immunized with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) were observed. On the fourth day after the first immunization, 90% of rabbit sera could detect a certain level of specific Ig ~ M, peaked on day 7-11 and completely disappeared on day 63. On the 7th day of primary immunization, low titer specific IgA appeared in 50% serum-free serum, reached the peak on the 35th day, and there were still 90% of the rabbit serum specific Ig-A on the 147th day. Specific Ig ~ G appeared in 80% of experimental rabbits’ sera on the 7th day after the primary immunization, reaching the peak on the 28th - 35th day, and remained positive on the 147th day. Re-immunization enhances the response of the three serum-specific antibodies.
