This paper reports that in vitro human eosinophils have an antibody-dependent killing effect on Schistosoma japonicum. Preparation of Schistosomiasis: Schistosoma japonicum eggs were obtained from the urine of children in the infected area, hatched miracles and infected snails, and then cercariae were released from the snails to prepare skin-stage schistosomiasis.
