大批务工人员子女跟随父母进入深圳市,流动儿童的健康问题也引起了市政府和社会的广泛关注〔1〕。一些外来务工人员缺乏疾病预防医学常识;流动儿童的家长多数忙于生计,对儿童的预防保健意识十分淡薄,从而导致了部分流动儿童漏建卡、漏接种现象的发生〔2〕。流动儿童的免疫预防接种管理已经成为计划免疫工作的重点和难点。为了解流动儿童的预防接种情况及其影响因素,为进一步改善流动儿童预防免疫服务质量提供依据,对深圳市宝安区沙井街道流动儿童的预防接种情况及免疫预防等相关情况进行了调查。
A large number of migrant workers’ children entered Shenzhen with their parents, and the health problems of migrant children have also caused widespread concern in the municipal government and the society [1]. Some migrant workers lack of disease prevention medical knowledge; the majority of migrant children’s parents are very busy with their livelihood, awareness of prevention and care of children is very weak, resulting in the leakage of some floating cards, leakage phenomenon [2]. Immunization vaccination of migrant children has become the focus of the immunization program and difficulties. In order to understand the status of vaccination and its influential factors in migrant children and to provide basis for further improving the service quality of migrant children in immunization, the vaccination status and immune prevention of migrant children in Shajing Street in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City were investigated.
