目的调查武汉市体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的情况,探讨Hp感染对脂代谢的影响。方法使用免疫胶体金法对体检人群进行Hp抗体的血清学筛查,以酶比色法测定体检人群的总胆固醇(Totalcholestero1,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)。结果武汉市Hp的总感染率为19.7%,男性感染率为22.3%,女性感染率为14.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.64,P<0.05);50~59岁年龄段感染率最高为26.1%,不同年龄段感染率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.2,P<0.05)。Hp抗体阳性组血清TG水平较阴性组明显升高(t=-2.686,P<0.05),血清HDL-C水平较阴性组明显降低(t=2.181,P<0.05),TC、LDL-C水平较阴性组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义。结论武汉市体检人群Hp感染率较国内平均水平偏低,与性别、年龄有关,并且Hp感染可能影响机体血脂代谢。
Objective To investigate the infection of helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori) in Wuhan medical examination population and investigate the influence of Hp infection on lipid metabolism. Methods The serological screening of Hp antibody was carried out by using the method of immunogold assay. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol High density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Results The total infection rate of Hp in Wuhan was 19.7%, the infection rate of male was 22.3% and the infection rate of female was 14.5% (χ2 = 9.64, P <0.05) The highest rate was 26.1%. There was significant difference in infection rates among different age groups (χ2 = 22.2, P <0.05). The level of serum TG in Hp antibody positive group was significantly higher than that in the negative group (t = -2.686, P <0.05), while the serum HDL-C level was significantly lower than that in the negative group (t = 2.181, Compared with the negative group there is an increasing trend, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The prevalence of Hp infection in health check-up population in Wuhan is lower than the national average, and is related to gender and age. Hp infection may affect the blood lipid metabolism.
