中西方法律文化存在着巨大的差异,因此形成的以家族集体为本位、以个人为本位的中西方法律本位,也对中西方家庭教育观念产生了重要影响。本文从中西方法律文化下所带来的法本位的差异为视角,分析中西方家庭教育观念的对比以及由此带来的反思。
There is a huge difference between Chinese and Western legal cultures. Therefore, the formation of a family-based and individual-based Chinese and Western legal standard has also had an important influence on the concepts of family education in China and the West. This article analyzes the differences between Chinese and western family education concepts and the consequent reflection from the difference of legal standard brought by Chinese and Western legal cultures.
