探讨甘露醇致急性肾功能衰竭的原因以及发生急性肾功能衰竭进行治疗的有效方法。本文对7例病人给予总结,结果表明,甘露醇致急性肾功能衰竭发生的原因与肾功能潜在损害、实际用量、大量脱水及低钠血症有关。一旦发生急性肾功能衰竭,血透治疗最为有效。

To investigate the causes of acute renal failure caused by mannitol and the effective treatment of acute renal failure. In this paper, 7 patients were summarized, the results show that the causes of mannitol-induced acute renal failure and renal potential damage, the actual amount, a large number of dehydration and hyponatremia. In the event of acute renal failure, hemodialysis is most effective.
