头先露由于胎头位置异常发生的难产为头位难产,现将我院从1995年8月至1996年11月收治的头位难产182例进行分析,试图为今后合理掌握剖宫产指征提供参考。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:我院妇产科从1995年8月至1996年11月共收治产妇978人,剖宫产356人,除外骨盆因素,其它严重妊娠合并症及并发症以及胎位异常外,其中头位难产182人,占总分娩数的18.6％,占总剖宫产数的51.12％。孕妇年龄22岁至36岁之间,平均年龄26.3岁,均为初产单胎头
