骨髓移植受者溃疡性口炎的发病、持续时间及愈合仅有少许纵向研究。本研究观察了59例骨髓移植受者,均预防性应用无环鸟苷,从骨髓输注日起26天内逐日检查记录,以获得溃疡性口炎的发病率、部位、持续时间和影响病情的相关因素,以及中性粒细胞绝对值计数与粘膜炎的关系。结果表明,口腔溃疡的发病率为76.3％。平均在骨髓输入后5天开始发病,持续6天左右,90％以上的患者15天溃疡愈合。中性粒细胞绝对值计数大于500/ml时,所有溃疡均愈合。有口腔移植物抗宿主病的患者及早期为严重溃疡的患者,溃疡
